I got my naval pierced about a year ago by Laura she was amazing. Very chill made me feel at home not like I was at an appointment. I got my nose pierced by her this year and I got the same feel. Shes also very nice to anyone that comes in with you my best friend came with me last year and this year and she felt welcome to. The check-in lady, I don't know her name, she was also very nice and welcoming.

I've previously only ever gotten mall piercings with the gun. I'm a very squeamish and anxious person so the idea of an actual piercing needle really freaked me out. So far, I've gotten my navel and a helix piercings and it all went so smoothly! Kerri did them and they were amazing. I think it's Aria up front who is very kind and helpful when picking jewelry. Everyone is very nice and professional. The entire process is straightforward and great, allowing me to relax. Kerri in particular was very patient with me when I kept accidentally touching the freshly cleaned skin like a moron... Love you guys, I'll be coming back for any other piercings for sure. 🩷
